My role includes identifying and engaging senior commercial, product, technology and transformation leaders, while advising clients on regional talent dynamics, compensation benchmarks and market entry considerations.
I work closely with CEOs, founders and executive teams to build leadership capability in new markets, bringing practical insight into multi-jurisdiction hiring, governance and employment frameworks.
I operate as a seamless extension of the Think Talent team to help clients scale internationally with confidence.
