We create leadership environments that enable the freshest thinking

“At the very time that visionary, empathetic and creative leadership is needed, we fall in conservative rigid old habits.” - McKinsey & Company

We are in the market every day talking to top talent and gaining real-time insights. Right now, our leadership cohort is struggling to navigate new and difficult challenges in their workplaces. Many confide they are stressed due to lack of clarity and are overwhelmed with the work required to land strategic outcomes at the pace required.

Organisations are attempting to navigate new challenges using old tools. Tools that are no longer fit-for-purpose. One of the oldest, most frequently used and ineffective tools is meetings which occur at all levels of and organisation. Imagine if you could harness this time and leverage the perspectives and experience in the room to ignite fresh and break-through thinking real-time!

The quality of the work we do as individuals and as a collective depends on the quality of our thinking and the environment in which we think. The "Thinking Environment" is an approach honed over decades in pursuit of an answer to the question: What does it take for people to think for themselves and together – with rigour, imagination, courage a grace?

Informed by the ground-breaking work of Nancy Kline and Thinking Environment® experts, Cassandra Goodman and Candice Smith, Think Talent has developed a unique offering that provides leaders with a simple, scalable powerful approach that promotes clarity, creativity, inclusivity and alignment whilst fresh thinking together.
